To register your parcel, go here. Fill out the information. You will then get a tracking number – keep this. If you need help registering your parcel, ask at the SERVICE POINT.

Bring what you want to send, your tracking number and your ID or passport to the SERVICE POINT. Put what you want to send in a box which you get at the SERVICE POINT. Hand in the box and your tracking number. Pay the cashier.

DHL delivers your parcel. You may track it online all the way to the receiver. Just go here and enter your tracking number.
